Site Visit

We will discuss your needs over the phone and book you in for a free site visit. 

Survey

After the initial meeting we will come and carry out a full measurement survey. This will usually take 2-3 hours depending on the size of your property.

Drawing Production

Once we have the measurements we will give you a time-scale.  The time-scale will depend on the complexity and size of the project.  Once the drawing is ready we will send you an electronic version for you to look over and ask any questions that you may have.  In our design fee we include one set of revisions to the initial drawing at this stage. We will then produce final electronic .pdf files of the plans. Paper copies can be produced for an small extra charge.

Planning and Building Control Approval

If we are handling your local authority planning and building control approval we will now begin this process.  This is where you can sit back and let us handle things.  We'll keep you updated and discuss any issues with you as they arise.
